WELCOME TO QRC – QUALITY REFERENCE CENTER OF TRANSILVANIA UNIVERSITY OF BRASOV!

WHO WE ARE
QRC is an administrative office, which has the task to define, prepare, evaluate and valorize practical placements – national or abroad – for students of its university or of a geographical region, and to approve enterprises’ quality in the context of placements for students according to a European uniform quality standard

QRC functions as independent entity within the Department of Links between University and the Economic and Socio-Cultural Environment – DESC

Our center has been developed as a result of Q-PlaNet European project who aimed to set a standard in measuring quality of trans-national placements for students.

 

 

WHAT WE DO

  • Receive offers for student placement at national level from companies, faculties and students;
  • Check the quality of placements complying with the requirements for quality assurance standard of placements and labels the companies;
  • Give feedback to the companies/ faculties/ students on the quality of practical places;
  • Organize student placements at national level;
  • Cooperate with the International Office/ Lifelong Learning Programme and other QRCs at European level for organizing international placement of students;
  • Make sure that mobility fit in with personal learning pathways, skills and motivation of participants, and develop or supplement them
