English Language and Literature Modern Language and Literature (French/German) / Romanian Language and Literature

The study programme English language and literature – French/German/Romanian language and literature falls within the ambit of the Language and literature domain. The study period is 3 years (180 ECTS credits), full-time learning. The course and seminar activities principally centre on the following aspects: comprehending and explaining the grammatical systems of the languages involved, from a traditional and transformational-generative perspective; critically analysing literary theories and directions (Renaissance, Classicism, Romanticism); employing the fundamental lexis of English, Romanian, German and French in both oral and written situations; analysing linguistic and literary structures; documenting and employing information resources.
