Food Control and Expertise

The field that covers this study programme is Food Engineering. The length of study is 4 years (240 ECTS credits). Its objective is to prepare students to become professionals in the field of food control and expertise. The aim of this study programme is to prepare engineers with expertise in food technologies, microbiology, biochemistry, management of technological processes, and equipment operation. The theoretical knowledge acquired through lecture courses is applied by participation in laboratory classes organized around topics such as food manufacturing and quality control, identification and measurement of food constituents and food contaminants.
