Materials Science

The field of study in which this study programme falls into is Materials Engineering. The duration of the studies is 4 years (240 ECTS credits). Students acquire research and design skills in the synthesis and integration of new materials (metallic, ceramic, composite) in high technology devices under conditions of economic efficiency and environmental protection, as well as analysis skills relating to material characteristics and design of technologies in order to obtain new products by using advanced techniques.
