Hospitality and Eco Agri-Tourism Management

The master’s degree domain of this study programme is Engineering and Management in Agriculture and Rural Development. The duration of the studies is 2 years (120 ECTS credits). Students acquire skills in conducting systemic analyses on matters which are specific to the industry of hospitality and tourism, in identifying and applying research methods from the domain of management, technologies and specific equipment, in designing and promoting tourism products and services, in devising strategies in the domain of hospitality and tourism. The study programme comprises two optional specialization tracks: “Business development in the hospitality industry” and “The development of tourist destinations and tourism products”. The completion of this study programme allows graduates to access several professions in the domain of engineering and management. 

 

Subjects: Technical and technological systems in accommodation and foodservice facilities; Software tools for hospitality and tourism; The control of management processes and activities in hospitality, ecotourism and organic food; The development and trading of tourism products, etc.

 

Perspectives upon completion of studies: professional career in production, education, research, in the local or central administration.
