Human Resources Management and Development

Major field of study – Social Sciences. The field of study of this master’s degree programme is Sociology. The duration of the programme is 2 years (120 ECTS credit points). This master’s degree programme develops competences of senior expert in the management of Human Resources. Graduates of different bachelor’s degree programmes can enrol for this. Besides Human Resources Management and Sociology graduates, the programme has been taken up by graduates from Psychology, Economics, Letters, Law, Education Sciences, European Studies, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science and Military Sciences.

 

Main Subjects – the subjects cover all the four fields of Human Resources management that is staffing, staff administration, staff development, diagnosis and organisational development.

 

Prospects after graduation: As an employee: senior expert in any field of Human Resources Management, that is management positions in Human Resources management including top management (director/ manager/ vice-president of Human Resources). As a self-employed person, organisation or NGO, including free-lance versions: provider for the market of Human Resources management which is currently growing and becoming more and more diverse.
