      1. Duplicate of transport ID card 50 RON
      2. 2.a. Permanent mobility for the state-budgeted students who apply for transfer to UNITBV from another university 200 RON
        2.b Permanent mobility for the self-financed students 200 RON
        2.c Permanent mobility for the state-budgeted students who apply for transfer from UNITBV to another university 50.000 RON This fee also covers the mobility file processing-related activities
      3. Re-enrolment  300 RON 
        - The fee also includes the student card and the transport ID card
      4. Bachelor’s final examination or dissertation defence (as regarding the UNITBV students) 100 RON
      5. Bachelor’s final examination for the students of other universities 1.000 RON
      6. Catching up on lab works and projects (other than the scheduled hours) 150 RON 
        - For each laboratory or project class (2 hours) 
      7. Retake of credited exams and colloquia 100 RON
      8. Equivalence examinations 25 RON
        -As regards the students who took equivalence exams (further studies, re-enrolment, transfer, etc).
      9. Issuance of transcripts of records/partial tuition reports (upon request) 50 RON 
        - Excepting Erasmus+ scholarship grantees;
        - Excepting the student applicants for scholarships and other forms of material support;
        - Excepting the UNITBV student employees
      10. Issuance of syllabi (upon request) 300 RON
      11. Issuance of duplicates for study and other academic documents (upon request) 200 RON 
      12. Issuance of study documents 50 RON
        This fee applies within 60 months of graduation for:
        - academic degree;
        - (postgraduate) psychopedagogical training; 
        - postgraduate and vocational conversion programmes
        After a period of time longer than 60 months from the date of graduation, the storage fee for the study documents (diploma, provisional and final certificate, attestation) applies. Except for the UNITBV employees
      13. Issuance of certificates (upon request)  50 RON
        To confirm the authenticity of the study documents:
        - To attest for the seniority in labour  
        - For the Official Gazette
        - Any other certificates requested by former students and graduates
        Except for the UNITBV employees
      14. Processing – academic teaching ranks 100 RON 
        - Material expenses, secretariat (registration, documents for committees and exams, relationship with the inspectorates, documents for the relevant ministry, issuance of certificates upon request etc.)
      15. Emergency issuance of the study documents  250 RON
      16. Defence of doctoral thesis – for self-financed doctoral students 1000 RON 
        - Except for the UNITBV employees
      17. Habilitation
        - 7.000 RON - If the evaluation committee consists only of Romanian members,
        - 10.000 RON - If the evaluation committee also includes members from abroad;
        - Except for the UNITBV employees
      18. Evaluation of the study equivalence file  150 RON / file 
        - study period (CRID)
        - recognition of the quality of doctoral supervisor or of the habilitation
        - recognition of the Doctor’s degree
      19. Issuance of copies certified “as per the original” for the study documents issued by Transilvania University of Braşov, following the requests of the graduates who choose to continue their studies or to work abroad
        200 RON (in the event of  documents submission by email) 400 RON ( in the event of document submission by direct mail.)
      20. Equivalence of the Doctor’s title with the first teaching degree – DPPD 50 RON
      21. Copying services for the documents containing public information 3 RON + VAT/page
      22. Scanning services for the documents containing public information, exclusively housed in the institution’s archives 2 RON + VAT/page
      23. Storage fee for the study documents (diploma, provisional and final certificate, attestation) 100 RON
        24. - This fee applies for the study documents issued after a period of time longer than 60 months from the date of graduation, as well as for the original documents in the personal file; (baccalaureate/ bachelor’s/ engineering diploma, and more); Except for the UNITBV employees.
      24. Issuance of official translations for the academic documents (CILM)  45 RON/page. (for documents up to 1 -3 pages) 35 RON/page (for documents over 3 pages)
      25. Foreign language skill assessment for the language proficiency certificate (CILM)200 RON
      26. Foreign language course – 32 hours/module (CILM)400 RON
