Recognition of Studies is made by the National Centre for Recognition and Equivalence of Diplomas (CNRED), within the Ministry of Education (ME).

Recognition of studies for admission to undergraduate studies for European citizens
Recognition of studies for admission to master's degree studies for Romanian citizens
Recognition of studies for admission to doctoral degree studies for Romanian citizens
Recognition of studies for admission to master's / doctoral degree studies for European citizens

Submission of documents for the Recognition of Studies

Applicants for the Preparatory year/undergraduate/master's /doctoral degree studies, will send the documents as scanned copies, only in PDF format, to the e-mail address: international.office@unitbv.ro

Applicants must upload all the required documents and the copies must be clearly legible.
If any of the required documents is not uploaded, the application will NOT be processed.

The period for submitting the documents for recognition of the studies for application for Preparatory year/ undergraduate / master studies:

• 1st of April - 10th of July 2026 - for admission session in July 2026
• 1st of April - 4th of September 2026 - for admission session in September 2026
