Human Resources

The study programme Human Resources is included in the field Sociology. The duration of the studies is 3 years (180 ECTS credits). The programme forms the competences necessary for understanding the organizational processes and behaviour, with a view to successfully approaching jobs and careers dedicated to the development of social-human capitals and human-resource management.
