Work and Organizational Psychology and Human Resources
The study programme is in the field of Psychology. The study period is of 2 years (120 ECTS credits). Graduates of bachelor’s programmes such as Psychology, Psycho-Pedagogy, Pedagogy, Social assistance, Sociology etc. are accepted. The programme provides fundamental knowledge to comprehend the theories, models and psychological methods from organizations’ perspective, to use tools for psychological evaluation and specific techniques in organizational psychology. The programme also develops the abilities of autonomous intervention and psychological support for the benefit of the clients, in an ethical and scientific approach that will ensure the development and well-being of the actors in the organizational environment, increasing the effectiveness of work groups and organisations. Ensuring the development of scientific research skills in the field of work and organizational psychology is one of the key directions of the programme.

Prospects after graduation: graduates will be able to work as a human resources manager/ assistant, work force counsellor and unemployment carrier counsellor, trainer, assessment or professional selection specialist.
COPSI certification: The master's program is re-approved by the College of Psychologists in Romania (Professional authorization no. RF-I-BV-22 of 22.11.2011, re-approval no. 5of RF-I-BV-22 of 23.11.2021, annex of 14.07.2021).
