Co-teaching session within the NeedEDU4.0 project

A co-teaching session for the Organizational Change academic discipline took place between 4 and 9 November 2025, as an activity within the project “Enhancing Mechanical Engineering Education in Moldova for Industry 4.0” (NeedEDU4.0), under the grant agreement 101128623, ERASMUS-EDU-2023-CBHE-STRAND-2, funded with the European Commission’s support.
The academic discipline of Organizational Change comes under the curriculum of the new inter-university master’s study programme “Smart Industries and Digital Transformation”, developed by NeedEDU Academic Consortium. The didactic activities were conducted according to the co-teaching approach by Prof. Eng. Luminița Pârv, PhD, Transilvania University of Brașov, and Assoc. Prof. Valentina Prițcan, PhD, „Alecu Russo” University of Bălți.
With a view to developing and implementing the programme, Transilvania University of Brașov collaborates with three other higher-education institutions in the Republic of Moldova, namely the Technical University of Moldova, “Alecu Russo” University of Bălți, and “Bogdan Petriceicu Hașdeu” State University of Cahul.
