1. Application form with all sections rubrics filled out entirely, including the e-mail address;

2. The proof of payment of the registration/ admission fee.

3. Documents of studies:

3.1 A copy authenticated by the competent authorities from the issuing country and a certified translation (in English/French/Romanian if case) for each of the following documents:

- High school diploma, list of the recongnised High School Diplomas bt the Romanian Ministry of Education is HERE.

- Bachelor diploma

3.2. Transcripts of records / diploma supplements related to the completed studies – copies and certified translations (in English/French/Romanian if case).

4. As applicable:

  • - for the candidates who apply for a study program which is available exclusively in Romanian: Graduation Certificate of the preparatory year of Romanian language or a certificate of Romanian proficiency of at least level B2.
    - for the candidates who apply for a study program which is taught in English: Certificate of language proficiency in English (such asTOEFL; IELTS - minimum 6.50; SAT; GRE; Cambridge - FCE, CAE or CPE) or the proof that the student studied inEnglish language for at least four years.
    * Exceptions: candidates coming from countries whose official language is English.
  • - for the candidates who apply for a study program which is available exclusively in French: Certificate of language proficiency in French - DALF (B2)
  • - for the candidates who apply for a study program which is available exclusively in German: Certificate of language proficiency in German - Deutsches Sprachdiplom (C1), Goethezertifikat (B1, B2, C1)

5. Birth certificate – copy and certified translation (in English/French/Romanian);

6. Copy of the document attesting the permanent residence abroad (ID Card) and certified translation (in English/French/Romanian)

7. Copy of the passport;

8. Medical certificate (in English/French/Romanian) with the mention that the candidate is fit for studies.
