2 June 2026
Transilvania University of Brașov informs the academic community that, between May and June 2026, the national research on the Romanian students’ life and study conditions is being conducted, through the EUROSTUDENT 9 questionnaire. This survey aims at providing an overview of the students’ socio-economic profile and experience during their academic years.

The survey aims at answering relevant questions on the students’ average income, access to fellowships and scholarships, proportion in terms of employment, as well as on how the status of employed student influences their educational path and academic experience. Aspects such as the life and study conditions, the time assigned to educational activities, the labour market situation, the income and expenses, as well as the participation in internships and international mobilities are analysed, too.
EUROSTUDENT is a transnational research which is conducted in over 25 countries of Europe, with a view to collecting comparative data on the social and economic dimension of the student life. The Ministry of Education and Research (MEC) coordinates the national implementation thereof, through the Executive Agency for Higher Education, Research, Development and Innovation Funding (UEFISCDI) and the National Center for Policies and Evaluation in Education – Educational Research Unit (CNPEE-UCE).
