The registration/admission fee is NOT refundable, regardless of the result of the application evaluation.

3. Documents of studies:

3.1 A copy authenticated by the competent authorities from the issuing country and a certified translation (in English/French/Romanian if case) for each of the following documents:

- High school diploma

- Bachelor diploma

3.2. Transcripts of records / diploma supplements related to the completed studies – copies and certified translations (in English/French/Romanian if case).

4. As applicable:

- Graduation Certificate of the preparatory year of Romanian language
- Certificate of language proficiency in English or the proof that the student studied in English language for at least four years.
* Exceptions: candidates coming from countries whose official language is English.

5. Birth certificate – copy and certified translation (in English/French/Romanian);

6. Copy of the document attesting the permanent residence abroad (ID Card)

7. Copy of the passport;

8.Medical certificate (in English/French/Romanian), including the following information about the candidate:

  • - any contagious diseases (including SARS-CoV-2), or other illnesses incompatible with his/her future profession;
  • - details of any history and current status of the applicant related to chronic diseases (if applicable);
  • - current mental condition, including any pathological history;
  • - any current medication.

9. One photo passport type

At registration, candidates will present the original studies documents and identity documents from the application file, together with the Letter of Acceptance for study;
a) Passport having the specific visa for studies in Romania;
b) Certificate of birth (legalized translation in Romanian, English or French);
c) Original study documents issued in States that are parties of the Convention regarding the Hague Apostille, must be certified by the competent authorities of those countries with the Hague Apostille. Click here for more detailes

d) Original study documents issued in States that are not parties of the Convention regarding the Hague Apostille will be over-legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the issuing country and by the Embassy / Consular Office of Romania in that country.
e) Medical certificate

If foreign citizens want to attend courses such as sports or arts, they must prove they have the necessary skills.

Candidates will be enrolled for undergraduate and post-graduate studies only after graduating the preparatory year of Romanian language or on the basis of a certificate proving Romanian language proficiency.

(Please note that the Romanian authorities may impose public health requirements applicable to international transportation, registration process and participation in academic activities, depending on the evolution of the epidemiological situation.)
