Transilvania University of Brașov celebrates its anniversary day through a wide-ranging programme of academic, scientific, cultural, artistic and sporting events, which will take place between 23 February and 6 March 2026.

Themed exhibitions, vocal-instrumental recitals and concerts, workshops of robotics, engineering, mathematics, computer science and materials science, but also creative and educational workshops, as well as courses in digital design and manufacturing, or sports or interdisciplinary contests and competitions, in addition to meetings with professionals and employers – these are only a few of the activities to be held within our university’s all faculties, on the occasion of this anniversary day, in its 2026 edition.

The festive day of 1 March will end with the traditional concert on our University’s Anniversary, offered by the pianist Királyhalmi Gusztáv. The concert will be performed on the stage of “Sergiu T. Chiriacescu” Conference Centre, starting at 6:00 p.m. The entrance is free within the limit of available seats.
