Accommodation in dormitories during the summer holidays

In order to organize the accommodation during the summer holidays, we would like to know your intentions in this regard. Thus, those who wish to remain accommodated must fill out an application form on the premises of the dormitory administration (deadline 15.06.2021) and meet the following conditions:
1. to provide a reason for requesting accommodation (practice, work, internship etc.), proven by documents;
2. to have benefited from accommodation from the beginning of the academic year;
3. to have no arrears on the payment of the dormitory fee;
4. to have incurred no sanctions during the previous stay in the dormitory;
The bachelor's degree graduates – class of 2021, admitted to the master's study programmes of Transilvania University may stay in dormitories during the summer holidays under the same conditions as the students in non-terminal years (internship, work, etc.) if they prove their admission to the chosen master's programme (certificate).
The deadline for submitting the necessary documents to the dormitory administrations is 29 July 2021.Depending on the number of accommodation requests, and taking into account the sanitation works that will be carried out, a decision will be made on the dormitories that will remain open during the summer, a decision that will be communicated in due time.
