Co-teaching session within the NeedEDU4.0 project

A co-teaching session for the “CAD for Advanced Design” academic discipline took place between 26 and 30 November 2025, as an activity within the project “Enhancing Mechanical Engineering Education in Moldova for Industry 4.0” (NeedEDU4.0), under the grant agreement 101128623, ERASMUS-EDU-2023-CBHE-STRAND-2, funded with the European Commission’s support.
The academic discipline of “CAD for Advanced Design” comes under the curriculum of the new inter-university master’s study programme “Smart Industries and Digital Transformation”, developed by NeedEDU Academic Consortium. The didactic activities were conducted according to the co-teaching approach by Researcher Eng. Eugen Valentin Butilă, PhD, Transilvania University of Brașov, and Assoc. Prof. Pavel Gordelenco, PhD, Technical University of Moldova.
With a view to developing and implementing the programme, Transilvania University of Brașov collaborates with three other higher-education institutions in the Republic of Moldova, namely the Technical University of Moldova, “Alecu Russo” University of Bălți, and “Bogdan Petriceicu Hașdeu” State University of Cahul.
