Transilvania University’s 2026 Cross-Country Running

7 May 2026, at 10:30 a.m., Start: MEMO Canteen (39 Memorandumului St.)

Transilvania University of Brașov invites all its students and employees to participate in Transilvania University’s Cross-Country Running, a sports event celebrating movement, competitive spirit and academic community.

The event will take place on Thursday, 7 May 2026, starting at 10:30 a.m., along the route MEMO Canteen - Lungă street – Rectorate building. The following categories of participants may enter the competition:

  • Students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Mountain Sports
  • Students of other UNITBV faculties as well
  • Teaching personnel and administrative staff of Transilvania University of Brașov

Prizes in kind, diplomas, medals and cups will be awarded to the top three finishers, both girls and boys, under each category of participants.

As regards freshmen, sophomores and juniors, the completion of the race equals two attendances in the Physical Education discipline, as a bonus for their participation.
